Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Jeans, Midi & Maxi Dresses, Mini Dresses, Pants, Shorts, and Skirts are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any additional steps.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
