• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 15 days of receipt. Non-returnable items include Jeans, Midi & Maxi Dresses, Mini Dresses, Pants, Shorts, and Skirts unless defective.

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
3. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your request within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be shipped at our expense once the returned item is processed.
